The La Habra City School District’s Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) was approved by the La Habra City School District Board of Trustees on June 26, 2014. Incorporating input from stakeholders, the LCAP addresses the required eight State priorities and defines a 3-year plan to address the five goals that set the direction for the District.

On May 24th the California Center for 21st Century Education held its first annual P21 Sustainability Showcase at Cal State Fullerton. Joselle Barnoya and Amber Redmon from Walnut School won 1st Place in the Elementary Division with their presentation on Sustaining the Recovery of the Ozone Layer.
Congratulations to our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Academic Pentathlon teams from Imperial and Washington Middle Schools. Students meet after school with the guidance and support from their teacher/coaches, to research and study the specific content outlined for the current year’s competition.
