La Habra City School District will offer an Expanded Transitional Kindergarten program for the
2017-2018 School Year
La Habra City School District (LHCSD) currently provides Transitional Kindergarten for students whose fifth birthday falls between September 2 and December 2. Next school year, LHCSD will offer an Expanded Transitional Kindergarten program. Students whose fifth birthday falls after the December 2 date will be considered for enrollment on an individual basis as availability allows.
We are very pleased to provide these young students with the high-quality educational opportunities our community has come to expect from LHCSD. Our goal is to prepare all students to be successful throughout their educational journey, which includes college and career readiness. Expanding our Transitional Kindergarten program is just another example of our School Board’s dedication to our students and families.
Please register at one of our TK-2 sites listed below. Students will be admitted to our Expanded Transitional Kindergarten Program based on space availability.
