Imperial Middle School’s 8th grade Science and Design students have been busy using their skills and knowledge about chemistry using acids and bases to create their own organic cosmetic product that is good for humans and the environment alike. Collaborative learning groups have designed and developed their products with key marketing strategies that will entice consumers. Through this process, students illustrate their 21st century skills of collaboration, creativity, communication and critical thinking.
