District Policy on Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying
The La Habra City School District (District) believes that all students are entitiled to a safe and supportive school environment free from discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, initimidation and bully. A student shall not intimidate, harass, or bully another student through words or actions based on the actual or perceived characteristics set forth in Penal Code section 422.55 and Education Code section 220, actual or perceived ancestry, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression,age, disability, or association with a person or a group with one or more of these perceived characteristics.
