At Washington Middle School, gratitude fills the air as we reflect on the incredible support and community spirit shown by our students, parents, teachers, and neighbors. This year’s Fall Festival was a shining example of the unity and dedication that make our school community so special.
The festival was a tremendous success, thanks to the outstanding turnout from students, families, and community members. We are especially grateful to our local partners, including the Lions Club, Chick-fil-A, and Sonora High School, whose petting zoo brought smiles to all ages. The car show and various community vendors added even more excitement, making it a memorable day for everyone.
Our talented choir and band students brought beautiful music to the event, setting a warm, festive tone. A heartfelt thank-you goes to our ASB and PALs students, who volunteered their time to keep the day running smoothly, and to all the dedicated teachers who contributed to the festival’s success. Special recognition goes to our PTSA, who went above and beyond with a haunted hallway experience, creating a thrilling adventure for everyone to enjoy. This event was truly a team effort, with students, staff, families, and community members coming together to make it unforgettable.
As we move into the holiday season, we are filled with gratitude for the love and support surrounding Washington Middle School. We are incredibly thankful for each person who contributes to our community, making our school a place where students thrive, families feel connected, and everyone joins together to create lasting memories.
